Step 1 - Pick a date for the event and work backwards 4 - 6 months.
Step 2 - Know your final due dates for your expenses.
Step 3 - Determine the lowest price you can charge per kid.
Step 4 - Create tiered pricing (Early Bird, Regular, Late).
Step 5 - Promote the registration date one month in advance.
Step 6 - Give incentives to the first 3-5 kids who register.

15 Minutes With Frank
15 Minutes With Frank is a podcast for youth pastors. Each week I review my past week's youth service and give the good and the bad of from the night. It is honest and practical. Each episode is about 15 minutes but usually it is a little more than that.
The podcast is part of the Download Youth Ministry Podcast Network. You can listen to it wherever you listen to podcasts
